Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a profitable client portfolio.
Manage and oversee your own product line, including a website, payment processors, marketing campaigns, and more.
Strategically develop the business, focusing on budget management, tied agents, customer support in active countries, community engagement through various networks and channels, and managing the complete business cycle.
Lead tender campaigns, prospect new opportunities, meet clients, and deliver impactful presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of retail clients.
Execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to exceed organizational goals.
Retain, support, and ensure high-quality service for existing clients to maintain their engagement.
Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and track progress while staying informed about market trends, including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and competitor activities.
Propose changes to products, services, and policies based on data-driven evaluations.
