Lead and oversee all HR functions within the plant, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Administration.
Partner with the Plant Director to align workforce strategy with production and operational goals.
Collaborate with the Regional HR Director to ensure consistency of HR policies, compliance, and corporate HR initiatives across the region.
Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, talent planning, and employee engagement.
Drive talent development initiatives to build leadership capabilities and technical skills within the plant workforce.
Manage employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while resolving conflicts effectively.
Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Lead change management efforts in alignment with business transformation and continuous improvement projects.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for operational and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving cultural change.
Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
