Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute supply chain strategy covering procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead S&OP process to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management.
• Optimize cost-to-serve while maintaining high service levels.
• Manage and develop suppliers, 3PLs, and key logistics partners.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, automation).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing supply chain team.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply chain performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management within FMCG, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, warehousing, and transportation management.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
