Key Responsibilities
-Lead all technical aspects of the presales cycle—from requirements discovery to bid proposal, demonstration, and POC delivery
-Partner closely with sales and account teams to craft and present custom proposals involving VOIP/SIP, call centre systems (ACD, IVR, CCaaS), CRM integration, and AI-assisted telecom services tailored to government, enterprise, and insurance clients
-Build tailored demos, proofs of concept, and tailored solution presentations emphasizing AI + CRM + Telco integration.
-Respond authoritatively to tenders (RFx), crafting solution/technical sections and commercial proposals.
-Advise on commercial viability and deal structuring—whether large one-time projects or recurring subscriptions.
-Conduct discovery workshops, lead technical Q&A and align internal stakeholder sign-offs.
-Track competitor offerings, refine solution positioning and lead messaging in proposals and presentations.
-Contribute feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
Qualifications & Experience
-5+ years in Telecom/VOIP presales, solution engineering, or sales engineering roles, ideally involving call centre or CRM integration
-Experience with call centre technologies: CCaaS platforms, ACD, IVR systems, dialers, cloud-based contact centre architectures
-Familiar with CRM integration (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Zendesk) paired with telecom/VOIP systems.
-Exposure to AI in telecom or contact centre environments: chatbots, voice analytics, speech recognition, predictive routing, etc.
-Strong commercial acumen: able to shape financials, subscription pricing models, and justify commercial ROI.
-Proven record of delivering deals in government, enterprise, or insurance clients ranging from THB 500K (subscription deals) up to THB 10M (annual contracts).
-Bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunications, engineering, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, ITIL, APMP, cloud platforms) are a plus.
