- Collaborate with central teams in the EU and USA to align technical strategies and implement advanced solutions.
- Lead the implementation of verification and validation methodologies to ensure robust and reliable test board solutions.
- Serve as a senior expert, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Spearhead complex problem resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for sustained improvement.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and central engineering teams, to ensure successful project execution.
- Represent the team’s technical achievements to functional managers and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in semiconductor testing, familiar with Digital, Power & Mixed Signal ATE.
- Proven experience in team or department management.
- Excellent presentation skills to align internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural, international environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Expertise in developing device interface boards for wafer- and back-end testing, with solid understanding of schematic diagrams and electronic components.
- Experience developing production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using ATE systems such as V93K, microFLEX, UltraFlex, ETS-88, ETS800.
- Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles, including analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity.
- Knowledge of semiconductor test production processes and ability to drive test improvement initiatives (yield, test time).
- Hands-on experience performing electrical measurements using oscilloscopes and other lab equipment.
- Skilled in production and quality control tools, issue resolution, and continuous improvement methods, including FMEA, DOE, 8D, SPC, Six Sigma, and Lean concepts.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of meeting ambitious targets.
- Excellent verbal, written, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience with PCB design and mechanical CAD tooling.
