Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute sales & business development strategy to achieve revenue and GP targets.
• Build, coach, and lead the sales team to deliver results across Air, Ocean, and Logistics solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-potential verticals.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and global key accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategy.
• Provide sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights to Regional/Global management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs, and logistics solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and GP targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
