Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
10+ years in FP&A and costing, preferably in multinational manufacturing
Expertise in financial analysis, managerial accounting, and strategic decision support
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Proficiency in English; experience with manufacturing processes and financial systems preferred
